Specification for heat treatment of SKS3 die steel:
Quenching: preheat to 550℃~650℃ and then heat to 800~850℃ and harden in oil.
Backfire: heated to 150℃~200℃, stayed at this temperature, and then quenched and cooled in still air.
Hardness :HRC above 60℃
Defire: heat to 750~800℃, stay at this temperature for one to three hours, let it gradually cool in the furnace.
